  • HELP Ive Henna'ed

I've been a previous user of Jamila henna and it does not seem to cover my grays anymore. Is there a danger in using a rinse after previously using henna. I dont want to do any damage to my hair becuase of this. Anybody that has used a rinse after henna....Holla at me...these grays just keep on appearing!!!! I'm not old either.

I've been in your shoes. My grays stuck around after using henna (Jamila) & Indigo.

I waited for two wks, then I used Ion permanent color (3G) & poof! No more gray.... for a while.

My hair is still soft, strong with no breakage. I've even henna'ed a month later...I like the conditioning and looser curls that henna provides.

Thanks so much for your response. Is ION harsh?

No, Ion was quite gentle and surprisingly, didn't have harsh smell. Also, I used the Ion sensitive scalp developer. Sally Beauty Supply sells Ion. The total price was $5 and change. www.ioncolorbriilance.com
