    Deep conditioning on dry hair

If you haven't tried it already, please do! My hair loves it & I will probably start doing it on dry hair instead of wet hair from now on. If anyone has tried it, do you prefer it on dry or wet hair?

I prefer to DC on dry hair. I have found that when I cowash its much easier to manage and less tangles. It seems to come out much softer too.

I tried dry deep conditioning for the second time (first time was last week) on Friday and I think that my hair responds much better to doing it while wet. My hair felt like straw.

I'm sad, b/c I loved the concept of being able to start off with that and not getting in the shower twice! Oh well!

So I'm on the right track! I used the same thing minus the avocado last weekend!

My hair was so dry when I big chopped almost 2 weeks ago. I searched the posts to find a good overnight DC,...

for the past week I've been bagging overnight with conditioner, evoo, vitamin E, jojoba and honey mixed together!! When i wake up i cowash, add leave in, seal, add a dollop of curl creme and go!

When I say my hair has been LOVINGGGGG it... I mean it!

I don't pre poo b/c I don't really shampoo my hair often. I just do an acv rinse when needed.

I do my deep conditioning overnight with a cowash the next day also. I prefer starting with dry hair.
