  • LCOS Method

    Hello to the ladies with the lovely crowns! I was in a bit of a pickle, and was hoping to have some insight from you all! I am currently using the LCO method where:

    L = distilled water/aloe vera juice/rosewater with glycerin
    C = As I Am Leave-In Conditioner
    O = Grapeseed Oil (since I have low porosity, color treated, 4B/4C hair)

    I was considering switching to a possible LCOS method, where the S would act as a sealant. So in other words:

    L = distilled water/aloe vera juice/rosewater with glycerin
    C = As I Am Leave-In Conditioner
    O = Grapeseed Oil
    *S = As I Am CocoShea Whip (Since I try not to deviate from my product line too much)

    Would this be a good move for my hair? I should also mention that the Chicago summer has been DREADFUL, so I'm also considering weather as a factor just to be on the safe side. Thanks in advance!
    Hair type: 4B/4C
