Washing micros

So I'm currently in Tokyo, Japan and I have microbraids but I forgot to bring some braid shampoo. I can't (and doubt) I will find hair products here for braids so I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas for how to wash my braids?

Put them in big braids and use a diluted shampoo in a spray bottle and focus on your scalp and rinse. You can do the same with conditioner.

I never had micros but I have washed my hair in kinky twists and regular two strand twists before which is very similar. Here is what I did. It was very easy and simple.
