What specific song or king of music do you enjoy listening to when you're feeling down? How does it make you feel?

I like to listen to gospel music. The old school gospel. It uplifts my spirit.

Instrumentals... OMG. I've never thought of that. Can you refer me to some good ones?

Usually it's either Michael Jackson, John Mayer or Ella Fitzgerald. No particular song, their music just puts me in a better mood. But specifically, Mariah Carey's Butterfly album just does it for me.

Any song that relates to what I'm going through. Sometimes its R&B, but its most of the time rock.

I love neosoul and jazz, and old soul...

    I just like "calm" lol.

And sometimes, I just like quiet. Lol

Smooth jazz and neo soul. Those genres always keep me calm. They are both very relaxing and I feel so at ease no matter what I'm going through!!
