What specific song or king of music do you enjoy listening to when you're feeling down? How does it make you feel?

I like to listen to contemporary jazz because it's relaxing.

Im an odd ball, I only listen to R&B when im dating someone. I dont wanna listen to no slow love making music and go to bed alone. So most of time i list pop music, and whatever my fav channel on XM is playing. I love man hating music i have a Playlist labeled Man Hating Music and Girls Who Rock, i listen to it at the gym mostly. Buuuttt i will rock some Ol School Jagged Edge, Boyz II Men and all those male groups out around that time. Uh I love JE!

Soundscape and New Age genre music tends to help.
The music composers and music artists I listen to are Govinda and Imogen Heap.
The song "Do I Dream" by Govinda is what I listen to when sad or riding a plane.
And two from Imogen Heap are "Let go,"and "Have You Got It In You."

Smooth jazz and neo soul. Those genres always keep me calm. They are both very relaxing and I feel so at ease no matter what I'm going through!!

                  I like "calm" music period.

But love "worship" songs (as opposed to praise that are usually more upbeat), although I like praise songs too.

I love neosoul and jazz, and old soul...

                  I just like "calm" lol.

And sometimes, I just like quiet. Lol
