My 17 month transition is over....
So last night I got a pair of new scissors at Walgreen.... I planned to use then after my birthday in may (21 months post). I got a little curious and wanted to see how my hair looked like truly curly so I chopped the 1in of permed hair on the lower half of my hair...
    It felt GREAT! But I decided to end there and put my hair in braids  I had a braid out the next day!an ugly braid out...

   Told you! So while at work my head started to itch really bad and I got annoyed because detangling with those permed ends was annoying and lots of shredded hair meaning little growth... As I was getting ready to detangled my hair I felt how easy it was on the bottom half and fast so basically I said screw this and I chopped away little by little piece by pieces I was finished and fully natural...

    Soo I am happy I mean really really happy... I haven't besides what styles I'm going to do, right now I'm just going to deep condition and goo to sleep... Thank you soo much to everyone who gave me advice, encouragement, ideas, answered my question and everything thank you curly Nikki for all the informative logs and videos... Loved reading tht story from post to post. Congrats on ur BC, U didn't make it to May but u still had much perserverence to make it 17 months. Congrats again!!
