Have you tried braiding the hair so it wont get so puffy? What are you using after you wash your hair? It might not be working if you feel it leaves your hair dry...and to sleep I recommend the pineapple technic, Google it and you'll find info about it. It worked for me when I was transitioning.

Well I braided into 4 sections and let it air dry over night... Once I finish Co wash I use beautiful textures tangle taming leave-in and use coconut or castor oil to seal.. OK Thanks I'll Look that up..

After I air dry my hair I apply my leave-in and oil mix then either let it dry a little more or style immediately. I do braided pin curls since they work really well on my hair and is simple. And they actually make my hair curl XD But if by stuck you mean you don't know what style you'd want to use, YouTube is a great source of inspiration.

I re-braid every night, it doesn't take too long and they're comfortable to sleep in and the only way to maintain the curl. I actually tried bantu knots today so I'm kind of excited/scared to see how they'll turn out in the morning lol. Also I have found that WGHO - Wild Growth Hair Oil has helped with the softness of a rough patch of hair that I've had for a very long time.

Be strong and hang in there, it'll most def be worth it in the end

You may need to change your products. I love castor oil on my scalp but if I put it on my hair all my curls disappear and become really puffy. Took me awhile to figure out what was going on lol

I'm abt 4mths into my transition, so I'm new to this natural journey too. YouTube has been my life!! I love haircrush and heyfranhey.com. They both walk you step by step on how to take care of your hair. This site is also great!! The ladies here are very helpful!!

I stick w/ braidouts and use a silk bonnet at night. Good luck!!
