Default Quick question about co-washing.

I am in my 9th month of transitioning and though I have been co-washing since my 4th month, I would like to know if using a shampoo once a month to discourage build up will disrupt my regimen. I was contemplating doing a dilution, as I am currently dirt-ass broke until Friday and cannot buy anything silicone free.
I had a little moisture problem last month, and am nervous about falling back into that (terrified, actually).
Thanks so much!

-Alex

TRESemme Remoisturize conditioner is designed for people who are prone to build up.I love TRESemme conditioners because they are affordable at less than $4 a bottle in most stores.Often, there are great sales for buy one get one half off or buy two.It has extracts of lemon, grapefruit, and cucumber and aloe vera.

You can clarify your hair with apple cider vinegar mixed with water. Just leave it on your hair for like 5-15mins then rinse out and cowash. Or mix baking soda in your current cowash conditioner.
