The twists are still there and I still fighting the urge to take them out.

I am excited that I figured out that I can do a bun with the twists in. I will post pics tonight-I was running late this morning.

Getting bored with the twist has me second guessing locs. If I start locking I plan to start with either twists or coils and they will resemble what I have now. I will have to wait until they loc before I can do some fun styles. It's only been a month and I am losing interest. I'll keep thinking on it...

I am actually looking forward to shampooing my hair at the end of the month. I can feel that that I am almost at my breaking point of not being able to take it. The aloe gro spray is still doing an amazing job with the itching. I wish I would have discovered that before I sliced off some of my strands with that paperclip, LOL.

LOL! I can't wait until next month. Good idea, on the bun/braid do.

Tia, I personally think you would look great in locs. But you are too creative to just wear locs. You would be itching to try something new.
That being said, congrats that you were able to keep the twists in this long.

Ditto what Lynnie said, you take the simplest ideas and make them so cute.

1 more week of twists!!! I am excited but bummed at the same time. I have no clue what I will be doing next month. I thought about doing cornrows into a puff (a phony one of course) but that depends on whether or not the BSS has a black one.

Any suggestions for next month?

I made those earrings and you can too . Buy some cute (lightweight) charms and put them on some hooks. Earrings in less than 5 mins!

Where do you find your charms? I never thought about making earrings.

Random places. Craft stores, clearance bins in discount stores, Dollar stores....anywhere that has little items.

The sock bun was a favorite of mine when I was flat ironing!

Don't think I have enough twists for it though...
