It depends on the upgrade offer and features. With these later models, I've waited. I wouldn't have gotten the 4s but I cracked the screen on my 4. Love it tho.

Most likely, depending on it's features . But if/when i do, it'll be when my next upgrade ( June 2O13 ) cus i spent $4OO already on the 4S cus my android broke : ( , but im enjoying my 4S ( tho i wish it was white : / ) .

Nope. I love Siri. Its not like its gonna be any faster, then i'll consider. But im happy with my 4s. It has gotten me out of many situations lol.

I just got my iPhone 4S in late March 2012, so no. I'm interested in finding out what the new features are. The current phone has everything already.
