**lol I worked at vzw as well :-/ and I ssssooo disliked droid it was crazy.! Which is probably why I went to iPhone ur I've have an iPhone for like 3 years and is not really impressed with the iPhone5 that came out.. I wanted to try a droid to see how I would like it but don't know what are the top phones to choose from, I seen someone talk about the nexus and then I went into the store and the htc one x caught my eye as well.. What droid phones would you recommend me looking into??

I agree with your point about iPhones being status symbols. Hell.. All Apple products are (IMO). I'm not going to lie... I like to stick with Apple because they are "cool". I had a droid & it was wak.. But it was a motorolla .. So maybe that is why it was lame

Anyways.. I'm not a tech person @ all.. But i love my iPhone & I will probably never have another droid.. Or a pc .. Im even anti kindle... Lmao.

I'm not a fan of android's market though. You can't really compare the two the way people are doing because Android is an OS and iPhone is hardware. If you're saying you like Android better than iOS or vice versa, that's a different story. Phone performance will vary across the many different phones running Android.
This is so true. Android is an OS. There are soooo many diff phones that run this OS that you can't accurately compare all Androids to the iPhone. That being said, I constantly come across Android users who complain about their phones. Idk if its the phone itself that has the probs or if its the OS. I don't hear these complaints from Apple users.

I've had the iPhone since the 3G off and on. I used to change phones every 6mths. (Junkie) Anyways, back then the iPhone use to freeze, drop calls, blink off, random reboots and do some crazy stuff. I have seen that OS come a looooong way. I've had an Android since the HTC Hero with Cupcake build OS. I've been through all the force closes, blink and call somebody at random and random reboots you can handle. I must say that both OS have come a looooong way. I have the iPhone because I wanted simplicity. But my heart is with Android because I can use it JUST like a pc and there are some things even today I still cannot do with the iPhone (ex. Email a music file or download directly on the device).

It's really a matter of preference because both OS have their quirks. Right now I'm okay with simplicity. In a few mths I may want some complications in my life again and upgrade to Android. I do miss the super AMOLED screen tho. The retina-A screen on the iPhone really pales in comparison. But anyway, just my 2cents
