Default Needs something slick down these naps!! 😩😩😩

Anyone knows of a good gel/edge control that's good to keep edges intact for long periods of time? I've tried olive oil edge control, that lasts about 5-10 minutes in my head. I've tried Hicks, hated it! Right now I'm trying an Argon Oil Edge Control and it seems to be doing its job but not as long as I'd like. I have course, very kinky, 4b type hair. Help.......

Lol @ your title! Have you tried any pomades like Murray's? I saw a YouTuber that swore by it. Also, do you tie your edges down?

In my experience I find it doesn't leave any white flaky messes & my edges are in place all day.

Talking

I find it is not the product as much as the technique. If I really want my edges to lay down, I set them at night. I use whatever gel/pomade and tie it down with narrow scarf. My edges stay laid for 2-3 days. If I try to do this in the morning, they are frizzy and fly away in 1-2 hours. I have type 4 hair.
