Yes that purple burgundy color looks nice btw when y'all do ur perm rod set do u do it on blown out hair ,damp, wet, or stretched without heat?

Ok I tried with the orange perm rods..epic fail ...I think I put too much hair lotion idk..would a setting lotion or mousse eliminate da frizz?
