One thing I love about being natural is the whole process of trial-and-error! Seeing what works for you and what doesn't! Now on to the point of this post... I styled my hair in 2 strand twists yesterday with the intentions of wearing twist outs today. I was a little skeptical of both styles because in the past they've never turned out right and I would usually end up with a quick wng or a quick wig lol... This morning I was in for a surprise because when I pulled off my bonnet, I lit up with joy!!! I said "forget them twist outs, Im wearing my hair like THIS!!!" I was just so so so happy yall and even received many compliments throughout the day. I'll upload a few pics.

Me and mom had date night Friday and I finally went without a headband with my twist out. People were staring but in a good way and I got compliments from many. I felt like one of those naturals in the pictures that I envy. I used to want their hair now I have and love my hair.
