This is the day the Lord has made.I will rejoice and be glad in it! I love Sundays. Well, my last day of vacation and then its back to work on Monday.New school, new classroom, new grades to teach, new students, new colleague..new attitude.Come on..oooooo..I gotta new attitude!! Good morning ladies!
This is my last weekend before school starts on Monday! Any other teachers in the thread? Y'all know how cray cray it gets before the first day of school.Why did I leave my school at 6 PM on Friday? So, yea..I was there LATE but I'm confident that I will have a successful first week of school.

Hair wise..I've been doing twist outs and pin up styles.I'm convinced that less is more.I did a curly puff the other night for my date and he kept telling me how beautiful my hair is.Yea, I REALLY like him! LOL..So, anyone else dating at this particularly wonderful age knows that we've seen it all done it all.I'm basically taking it day by day.I embrace my inner cougar and keep it moving.LMBO!!! Maybe one day when I rope some poor guy into marrying me I can joined the "I'se married now group." LOL..

Hello ladies!
So, I'm officially a (tired but happy) high school teacher.The school is full of positive, hard working teachers who are about the business of educating young minds.I've received compliments on my room and I'm building relationships with the staff and students.

On the hair front I did my own braids and I'm wearing updos and scarfs.I feel comfortable and my hair is thriving and surviving.I continue to use Wild Growth Hair Oil and my hair is really looking good.I've started co washing and shampooing less often.My hair is really soft and the curls are defined.I will probably shampoo only once a month and see how that goes.

My son is a senior in high school and school starts on Monday.He's ready to go back and he's looking forward to his senior year.He's taking some AP courses and business courses.I'm so proud of him.That's my young man.

Speaking of young man I have a date tonight with the guy I've been seeing.More deets are in the online dating thread.I won't bore you.LOL..He's 25 yrs old and I like him A LOT.We're going to see "Sparkle" tonight.So, yea...I've got cougar action going on.LMBO!! Am I the only one on CN that's dating a younger man? I feel like I'm the only one talking about it.

I'm just chillin' with my fat twists pinned up and a headband.The humidity is weird and I looked like I had a pet on my head when I attempted to do a flexirod set.I was like gaaah and I wet my hair putting in leave-in for some luscious curls this weekend.My shea butter is more for my elbows than my hair as I've been using my Nubian Heritage products thanks to the BOGO free sale at Walgreens.The Wild Growth Hair Oil challenge has me measuring like a scientist and charting growth.I'm so excited to share my length check on Fri.These little spirals are deceiving and they sure do coil up tightly.Well, my son is looking at Drexel Univ and I'm encouraging him to look at a few schools.My son seems happy and his senior year is off to a great start.I'm exhausted from my enormous class sizes but I'm holding in there.OK..I hope more of you will share because I'm nosey like that...lol
