My spray bottle varies by time of year, right now since it's colder more often than not I have spring water, glycerine, aloe gel, and rosemary EO. When the humidity kicks back up in a few months, I'll swap out the rosemary for peppermint and vanilla. That smell is an awesome combination in the AM.

You can also find great spray bottles in the $1 section of Target. They will adjust to spray a fine mist.

FAMU, we use our spray bottles for a spritz to rejuvenate our styles or to wet our hair when styling (twists, braids, wash'n'go's, etc.) As far as a head cold, usually you're not wetting your entire head, but lightly misting your hair so you can manipulate it or just to add some moisture.

Karen's deep conditioner and filtered water -- mostly filtered water. I may do another bottle with aloe... maybe lavender. I spray it on my 2 braids at night to set them, then my hair is good to go in the morning.

I made a spritz with Jane Carter's hair cream, aloe vera gel (natural), peppermint EO, lavender EO and tea tree oil. I am hoping it will soothe my itchy scalp.
