It will come naturally with time and the right regimen. You hair is sort of in shock right now so you need to do a little extra to keep it moisturized. I suggest you try a water based product. Congrats on the BC! Sorry for being so vague but you really just have to find what works best for you.

I BCd in November because I was a transitioner but always wanted to know what it would be like to have a TWA so I chopped it all off. I'm sad because I miss my long curls but the previous post is right. Your hairs in shock and needs LOTS of moisture. My curls came back it took about a month I would say. But know they are popping out of control. Even my front that never used to curl now curls. No complaints.

Congrats! I BC 9-7-12 and I am still trying to figure my curl pattern out 6 months later. I know that my hair is two different textures. When it was shorter I saw curled and loved it. Now that it's longer idk. I just keep yarn braids in for now. The braids retains moisture which is great because my hair was so dry! Hope we both find an answer here!

I realised a couple weeks ago that the front of my hair can actually curl but it requires a thick product or something gooey. I think i have 3 textures of hair, my mother confirmed this too cause my hair feels different and reacts differently to products depending on where i put it.

When i just BC'd i tired baggying but that was a bust, so I tried co washing and doing a regular deep condition (every week). I still shampoo though, co washed about 2-3 times a week. Now I moisturise and seal my hair every damn night and im like, why didn't I do this before?? Now my middle-front of my hair curls (or coils) on its own.

What I am trying to say is when your hair is stabilised and has its moisture down (as well as some protein, doesn't have to be much) then it will do what comes to it naturally. So if its to curl then it will
