It's a litlle plus sign right beside the word quote click that and then click quote depending on how many posts you want to use. Does that make sense?

Hi lovelies, I've been ill and about to roll and tuck this hair cuz I'm too weak to do much else. Not even sure I can co-wash tomorrow... Phooey :-(

I'll still check in tho and try to moisturise the hair! xxx

I pre poo every time I use shampoo and sometimes when I cowash. I use oils or conditioner, sometimes both. It keeps my hair from feeling stripped after I wash. I also finger detangle while I pre poo and I have a lot less breakage.

I have colored hair. The blonde(creme of nature)was too rough on Mrs. Cotton which made it a beast to detangle on wash day 6+hrs😡. After 2 washes I hurried up & dye it the vampire red(by manic panic). No problems since its back to normal which means I moisturize when I feel like it or not @ all. The most I've ever sprayed avj in 1 wk to remoisturize is 2xs other than that I spritz w/it 2xs a day & I'm good. This is my 4th color since returning natural 4U: All type 4 (A,B,C,D,E...)
