Last year my daugther (my lil naturalist) decided to do her own BC at the age of 3! She was supposed to be napping and instead went into the kitchen and got the scissors (yes they were pushed back on the counter, but she got up there). Next thing I knew she came in the room and said mommy my hair is gone! I looked and she had did a George Jefferson on her head! There was a lil patch she couldnt reach. So my husband gave her a fade when he got off work. I was speechless, but everytime someone saw her they're response was every little girl does it at one point even if its just a few strands. Anywho my mom said its just hair and itll grow back and it did!

Aww...when my little sister was 5 she cut off her ponytails in the front of her head. Also my cousin did the same thing so I think it is natural for every girl to cut their hair. And it is just hair it will grow back.

My mom used to work in a daycare and I would go with her to work. One day two little girls got together and cut each others hair...I have no idea where their teachers were...so I'd say yeah little girls do it, but it grows back. BTW cute lil' girl.

Kids get into all kinds of things, even with the proper precautions...just think it could have been worse.

Lol I'm guilty of this in third grade i cut the end of one of my many large twist because i didn't like the point at the end of it, i wanted it to be straight and even lol. I don't know who i thought i was but i would do anything to have that length back 😔

I'm guilty too, I cut my bang completely off and thought no one would notice... Uuuh yeah I was wrong, maybe b/c I cut it down to the scalp lol. Well happy to report it indeed grew back :0)
Btw she still soo very adorable, and look at that smile... She's happy! Lol

Awww, she is too cute. It grew back good! My son put some of my relaxer on his a few years ago. Unfortunately, I still have a cutting problem, did it AGAIN on Friday nihjt.

lol I cut some of my bangs off when i was a little girl. And my brother shaved his eyebrows off lol

My cousin chopped my ponytails off.. I never cut my own hair. Lol. I liked it too much.

hahahaha! when i was 5 i called myself helping my mommy out and clipping my own ends so she wouldn't have to do it. "ends" as in like 2 inches hahaha. my mom FLIPPED!
