Lol yeah I did ask why, and she that it was all over his head... I'm like it's an afro.. But it was tamed due to it being a braid out.. And he's only 2.. I don't think the kids tease at that age.. Lol but I was just like... huh? Isn't this my child..? Oh okay

Most people don't understand a braid or twist out... I think he looked cute, i didn't see anything wrong with it. My son goes to a christian private school and I know they have some policies about boys and their haircuts but nothing that applies to a child under 5 yrs old. I agree with GlossyCheek..she was just jealous..

I don't know what I'd do if someone tried to say something like this to me about my sons head. I try to put it back, but by the time we get to wear we're going he's pulled it out and rubbed his hands thru it (he's about 20 months). Luckily, most of his teachers are black and hispanic (I think that makes a difference in perception), and most of the kids there are mixed like my son so they know how it is and what to expect. My boy is wild anyway, so he will not keep a style in his head.

You should definitely report her. I'd take my son bac the next day with his hair looking exactly the same as it did today

Lol they do tease at two and three. But there is a way to put things so I doubt that was a reason. Smh he is a little boy she should be ashamed saying something like that
