Right now I been doing small portions and up my water intake. I did buy some veggie burgers and veggie wings but I haven't tried yet. Sit ups in the morning and sit ups before bed....I need my tummy to go away :-))

Ok ms shanta...im so sorry im usually not bad with names but this thread as gotten so big its crazy! Proud of the weightloss but eat girl i know how stress gets me..heck i wont eat for days...just nibble and smoke tons of cigs. My day couldnt be better my babe got an interview tomorrow...ive so been waiting for this day for ao long.
