Hey Kila check out products for hormonal balance such as DIM, indole-3- Carbinol and high dosage of vitamin D3 is amazing for weight loss. If you can't find DIM, eat a lot of cauliflower, kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, olives etc. These vegetables help with hormonal balance. And drink one tablespoon twice a day of coconut oil.
