My mom and I have the same issue too but it's been improving since becoming natural. That section is what my mom calls "the thinking section".Lol..She says all our smarts are centered there, so we work it over time. Do you ever notice that a lot of men get bald in the top of their head and have hair still on the sides?

I think that I'm starting to accept that long hair is not for me. Not everyone is meant to have long locks and it doesn't mean that you're not taking care of your hair, it just may be that you've reached your growth potential. My hair is very fragile and frail and it has always been like that even though I have tried my best to keep my hair healthy and strong. I can only retain length to a certain point and it breaks off simply because I have fragile hair. No amount of vitamins and deep conditioning treatments can change that. I just have to accept it.

My mom is so stressed. My grandfather's Dementia has worsened since my grandmother died in June. He had to stay overnight at our house because his is being treated for bed bugs. He didn't sleep well, & he's been up most of the time. *sighs* I'm so afraid that he's going to pass soon, too
