I remember those days! I couldn't stand coming in at 7am 12hr shift just to go home and sleep til 3o'clock.

I can't wait until I'm able to get off nights. But yes sleeping 5or6 hours is not enough sleep.

Guess we're all in the same boat! The thing I hate the most is that on my nights off (like tonight) I'll stay up til like 4 or 5 in the morning. Then it sucks bc i'll sleep til late in the afternoon or even evening, completely wasting my day off in the bed.

I feel so unproductive on my days off. Last week I started going to the gym in the morning when I get off. I'm hoping that will somehow increase my energy level during the day. I'm praying it doesn't have the opposite effect.

If I work two nights in a row I dont really have a problem sleeping til its time to get up. Its just when I'm off, trying to get things done is so hard bc I'm always tired during the day
