I'm on the hunt for a braider in Philadelphia. Preferably in the west area. Im interested in getting individuals but the only shops I know of are the African shops and I've heard/seen to many horror stories about them. So if anyone knows of a good shop or even a "kitchen beautician" plz let me know.
