Default I need a trim without straightening in the DMV!

Hello

I'm due for a trim, but I don't want to have to get my hair flatironed first. Does anyone know a good natural stylist who can trim without straightening my hair? If it needs to be blowdried, I'm okay with that.

I last had my hair done at Cole Stevens Salon, which was great, but expensive. I might splurge for another flatiron this winter (because I have a gift certificate), but I don't want to go through all of that just to get my ends trimmed.

I'm in the DMV area.

My barber is in Bowie. She is natural, so she fully understands our hair. The first time she trimmed me (my first visit), she blow dried me. The second time, I told her I was heat free, and she did both my dye and trim with no heat. Also, she is very stingy with the scissors.

Let me know if you want her info, I can PM it to you.

@HonnyBrown, would you mind sending me your stylist's information? I'm in the D.C. area and I'm beginning my search for a good, natural stylist. Thank you.
