They did a color then looks like some low lights. When it's time for a re-touch she would get a color and then a few weeks later some more high/low lights.

That's def custom color and highlights u would have to go to a salon and show that pic toget something close. I wouldn't dare try that at home.

Looks like flaming desire in clairol brand. Or it could be honey blonde (which can turn your hair copper).
