No, it was not the orange on the box . It was a reddish but there was a clear difference that it had been dyed . Hmm i might try the booster when i color it again

Is the 4 applications over a period of time or close together to achieve the intensity of color that you hav?

And

With the 4 applications, did you add dye to the parts that have already been dyed or just to the roots? or...?

I tried to dye mine a few days ago, and it took well to the roots, but my ends are still super dark...probably has something to do with hennaing my hair in the past...

So it's been a few days (maybe a week) since my color and it looks like it's starting to set it... Looks more Burgundy... Majority of the color is still at the roots but the ends have more of a Burgundy tiny... Not sure if I like or not
