Default Henna! It's amazing.

I have been searching for something that will help either slow down my hair loss or help prevent it. I started researching Henna Hair Dye and how it could help my hair. It is awesome stuff. It is all natural, plant based dye that adds nutrients instead of taking them away. There is no chemicals, bleach or anything that would or will damage your hair. I went to my local health food store and asked more questions about it. I was surprised to learn that it helps your hair grow (which is a plus for me) and it adds a boost to your hair. I picked a copper color since I have light/dark brown hair. I saw a difference right away. It had a shine, it had volume again, it looks a lot healthier, I haven't been loosing so much hair either, I can use any shampoo/Conditioner combination and still have wonderful healthy, silk smooth hair. I have also noticed that I don't have alot of dandruff, breakage any more. My parents have even noticed how much healthier and better it looks than before. Instead of asking what's wrong with my hair, I get complements on how great it looks. It is about $12.40 for one box but in one bottle of Henna dye, you get about 5 to 6 treatments. I am really satisfied with it, the color brings out my darker parts of my hair and adds a nice copper red tones to it. Henna is more of a tone/highlight dye so it adds to your natural highlights and lowlights of your hair while giving your hair some really great nourishment. I recommend Henna to any PCOS lady who is really frustrated with her hair. Research it first though to learn about how it works, what the benefits are and what color will work for you. I'm 100% satisfied with it and will do it again.

I love the henna results. I just henna'd again after not doing it for about 3 months. I had no idea how much I missed the results I get from henna. My hair is noticibly silkier and stronger. AND I found another good henna. I get mine from henna for hair. www.mehandi.com The Raj Monsoon is extra silky and rinses out so easy I was amazed. I'll probably buy more to stock up on it.

Can anyone recommend something to mix in my henna to help w/ an itchy scalp? I've hennaed before & a few days later my scalp was so itchy.

I love Henna. I use to use Lush Rouge Henna with good results but it's pricey. Now I use Jamila Henna ($3 a box) and it gave me more color than Lush and was easier to rinse out. I mixed mine with green Tea and Honey. And I didn't let it sit but still got good results.
