I am in although I currently do not own any products. I will purchase some so that I can begin the challenge. Is there a deadline for me to begin using the products.

Is there a book or a website I can look at to see what the different benefits are of the various powders?

^shoot fire! I was hoping not to have to do all that but I guess I will begin. What are the basic powders a beginner should start with?

lol...I have kinky hair that tends to be dry and I had a shedding issues and wanted to prevent breakage at demarcation line when I transitioning (damaged from chemical, heat and overmanipulation as well)...so i started with;horsetail, marshmallow, hibiscus, chamomille, burdock, stinging nettles...

Amla, brahmi, shikaki, neem....methi(fenugreek)

I later worked in cassia then henna as this past december.
