I got a sew in Jan 2. I will shampoo and condition my hair under the weave weekly and moisturize and oil every other day. Plan to keep it in 6-8 weeks.

Well, week one down for me. I just co-washed my yarn braids and then moisturized and sealed the hair that I could see through the braids. I don't know how often I should do the co-wash though, I think I created just a little bit of frizz

2013 hair challenge =)-imageuploadedbycurlynikki1357537734.462244.jpg

I am testing out this protective style for this week. I look like a 15 yr old versus a 29yr old but hey. Lol. Lets see how long this style last

Thank you for your help & suggestion!!
I decided to get some Sengalese twists!! I am very low maintenance and I didnt feel like the weave drama, lol!!

Do you recommend any kind of spritz or hair products. Ive seen alot of stuff on other threads talking about homemade spritz and moisturizing with coconut oil
