I massage it on my nape 2-3 times a week. I've done a hot oil treatment before shampooing with it too.

I tried it before shampooing.. applied from roots to ends and put a baggy on for a couple hours. I've never seen so much hair come out in the wash. Ever. I was scared I'd be bald when I got done. I've tried just putting it on my scalp and my hair was HAM the next day. I'm gonna try mixing it to see if I get better results that way.

Got my sheaterra order in and im loving this company already! Nice packaging, everything smells divine, and she sent like 5 samples. I hope this expensive ish works!

It stays warmer longer if you use the boiling water method instead of microwaving. It's a struggle for me to put hot gel packs into the wrap.
