My ends are also dry, I've been natural for 7 months now, the only thing I love using on my hair is curly curl cream, is that an ok cream to keep my ends moistured?

Going to start this challenge tonight. I already co-wash. For this challenge, how often should we co-wash? I do it about 1-2 times a week. Not too fond of hot oil treatments so I'll pre-poo with moisturizing conditioner. I already DC every week so I'll keep that up, I'll try to remember to use water before any moisturizer, and since I do the L.O.C. method already, I will start sealing my ends when I'm wearing my hair in styles like twist outs or braid outs. Excited

Rules:

1. Use a cream cleanser (rhassoul clay, bentonite clay, curls cleansing shampoo etc) or moisturizing shampoos (like Shea moisture shampoo) or Co wash!

2. Do hot oil treatments and prepoo with moisturizing conditioners (you can alternate if you like)

3. DC every week

3. Use water before any moisturizer (even if your leave in conditioner has water as you first ingredient)

4. You must do the L.O.C method!!! (Or at least seal you ends)

Lets see if our ends get any better!!!! This can be a three month challenge!

Oh! If you want to do the baggy method then you are welcome to do so. Personally I don't do it because it makes my scalp itch like crazy!
