Rules hair must be in a PS at least 4 days a week

If you are doing PS that will be taken out weekly: make sure you DC cleanse and moisturize your hair on wash day. make sure you are oiling your scalp when needed!! Which will be between 2 and 3 times a week. Also make sure to keep your hair strand moisturize as needed no one knows our hair like us!!! And moisture is a key to retaining length.


If you are doing long term PS like box braid mini twist Senegalese twist etc. make sure you have either a homemade moisturizing spray or store bought spray to moisturize your hair daily or every other day. You also need to make sure to keep your scalp and hair moisturized even with the added fake hair. At least once every two week you can wash your PS but this is a personal choice and not necessary there a vids on how to wash different PS on YT.

Make sure to post a before pic or a length check at the beginning so you can have something to compare to at the end.

Let's try and check in at least bi weekly and if you want to do it weekly that is find on these check ins it will just be and update how your hair is doing we won't do a length check until the end!!!
