I'm interested in trying out a Castor Oil challenge but I would like some feedback. Has anyone here tried it before?

I haven't tried it by a while back a group of ppl in this forum had a challenge like that and achieved some great length n all(I know cos I was a devoted reader of that thread).if u search in the topics u can find it.

...just today I started using it on my edges since my two months long braid are starting to pull on them(common sense tells me to take them suckers out but they are too cute!!).

Check kinkycurlycoilyme.com im a part of her castor oil challenge (its closed now) and we have weekly check ins. You can see the check in from last week where we had a length check. Its really good we're supposed to be using it at least 3 times a week any way we want.

@Princess Yes that's what I'm going to do, put it on my edges. They are starting to experience some wear (lack of a better term Lol) from protective styling. I don't need to to start breaking off! Lol

I use castor oil several times a week for a sealer and shine. I buy the cheap grocery store brand and add lavender oil too the bottle cause it stinks.

I've actually been doing a personal July challenge using Castor oil to nurture my edges and I'm seeing some great results!!! So I could join if you wanna start one

I use it already mixed with jojoba, basil, rosemary, peppermint and sweet almond oil already to help with my edges so I would love to join if you start one.
