So I haven't checked in in forever but I did a rollerset a couple days ago and dusted my ends in the process. My ends were feeling rough in my twists--I had to dust

I washed on Friday, and had a hek of a time detangling. My crown was the most difficult. I prepooed with a silicone serum, shampooed, finger detangled, then used my detangler comb with my rinse out. This was on Friday.

By yesterday, my hair felt like it was matted. I put in some large twists last night to tame it. I took them down for church this morning and they were my typical twist out fiasco.

Now with the shrinkage, my roots are puffy and my ends are spiraled clumps.

I can't my pic through to my ends, so the definition is gone.

What am I supposed to do with this? Twist outs don't work and wngs get matted when they shrink.

How is ur braiding skills? Otherwise banding will help stretch the hair including the roots OR twist as usual but use a bobby pin to secure the twists at the roots.

KC, I don't know how to braid. I tried the bobby pins and my hair engulfed them.

twist and use flex/cold rods to kinda stretch em at the roots and not the itty bitty one jumbo rods...other wise band the roots with pony holders...
