I actually just used the roll up method cause I didn't have any wax strips on hand but that seemed to work well.

So you just spread the paste evenly on your skin against the direction of hair growth. Wait a bit so it's not too sticky then rip off the paste in the direction of hair growth. You don't really need anything but the paste. But your hands can get a bit sticky.

Sugaring is something that is very normal in my family, it's been done for generations. All of the women in my family use this method to remove their hair and it's a lot gentler than wax.

You don't need strips to remove the paste, you can use anything. A plastic bag, paper, strips of cloth and you can even remove it by hand! What I recommend you do beforehand is exfoliate and apply a little bit of talcum powder before you start.

Do you apply it by hand? Or with a stick

I had a Groupon to get this done professionally but it expired before I could use it.
