Hello everybody!!! I have recently become obssesed with my hair and now its extremely healthy and is growing extremely fast and well.

And Im starting to get obssesed with makeup. Problem is; I just dont know how to use it. Im clueless to the following : shade of foundation I need, what kind of make up I should use, how to correctly apply the eye shadow, liners, mascaras and the blushes.

I also need advice on where i can get good quality make up on a budget.

If anyone could possibly post pictures of good qaulity makeup that dosnt really cost an arm and two thighs. As well as a good make up blogger or youtube link that have great beginner tutorials. It would be such a big help. Thanks Ladies.
