Default NOT Acne, NOT bites, why is my Face broken out?

Ugh, Hey Curlies....

Ok, Lemme give u the run down... I have some bumps on my face... They hurt when I touch them... Sometimes they turn into the white head bumps...
But thses particular bumps on my face have been here going on 2 weeks...
I have had acne before so it's NOT that. I am pretty sure I would know if they were mosquito, spider, or fly bites, but that is not the case either...

I am using a basic Neutragena face wash, and I was using the Acne Stress Control Toner just to experiment, so for sure, it's NOT Acne and I have no reason to stress...

I work out, and I have a good well balanced diet... I have NO food allergies.
I drink plenty of water a day, about 70+ ounces. I dont eat fast foods or greasy foods, NOR do I drink soda, and rarely drink juice...

My friend recommended that i use vegetable glycerin at night.. (I know what works for some may not work for others, but I am at a desperate call right now). She said she put some on one night and her face was clear as day the next morning... I got a bottle last night, it felt like it was working on my face... Woke up, no difference.

Should I use something organic, from whole foods? I am tired of buying store products and nothing works, but i dont even know what is wrong wit my face. I hae used ProActive before, but again, that was when i had actual Acne!

PLEASE HELP, the love of my life is flying in to visit me tomorrow!

It could be bc its really hot out. I get heat bumps sometimes. Here's what I do to remedy it....

Get a pot of boiling water and add my salt to it. I usually use a cup to a cup & s half. I stick my face over the steam while its still boiling . I do that for abt 10-15 minutes. Sometimes it will get really hot so ill take my face off for a few seconds.

While my face is still warm & pores are still open,I apply a mask. I usually use a cucumber store bought mask & leave it on til it gets hard. I peel it off then exfoiliate.

I'm fine in the morn .....I hope this helps.

Hmmm, Well When I usually get heat bumps, they are small, I use to get them every summer...

These bumps almost look like warts.

I am 27 years old...

I thought Neutrogena would be the best and safest.

Also to add, I was taking Biotin... But I have been taking them for almost 4 months now, u think they changed the effects of the pill or maybe it just doesnt agree with my face anymore?

I hate this... First it takes me forever to find something for my natural hair, now I gotta find something to work on my face?

Ugh, this is stressful... If I wasn't stressing then, I may start now, dang!

It could be the Biotin, or something in one of your hair products.
Last year, I broke out really bad with adult acne, and when I used SMCES, it made it WORSE!! I had very large bumps that turned white, they HURT and ITCHED liked HELL!!! I ended up going to the dermatologist, and she gave me antibiotics, and a gel to use on my face. It cleared up, but took a few months. Now, I have been using the oil cleanse method to clean my and it has helped keep the breakouts down.

@cupcake415 ..... My little sister had an issue similar to yours. It sounds like a case of "Nodule Acne". She had the same sypmtoms you are describing here. Talk to your doctor about it. U also can search it online. Hope that helps some.

Sorry, I had to come back and Edit: I know u said u don't think it's acne but just look up " Nodule" and see if it gives u a little insight on what u are experiencing.

Biotin gave me a bunch of small bumps. It took 3 months for them to appear.
