Avocado, honey from Texas, sweet almond oil, sea salt. And a little water. For my face and body.

I honestly don't have one hahaha. I just wash with water. I don't have major acne or skin issues, I just get a couple bumps here and there. Do you have one?

As long as you're not wearing makeup, I don't see why not. Just listen to your skin...

Try using the pure black soap. I had mild acne and breakouts on my back, shoulders and chest. I even took pills from the dermatologist and used prescribed body wash but the acne kept coming back. Then i started using the black soap and it's amazing the difference. Now all i have are marks from the inflammation when the acne was there. But even those are fading away now with the black soap.

Yes, for the past 3 yrs, I started using Shea Butter soap & Aveeno daily moisturizer! I stopped wearing foundation everyday, and stopped using MaryKay cleansing set everyday as well!!! My skin is now toned more than it has ever been, to the extent that I no longer feel the need to wear foundation as often as I used to...I always had a problem w/dark patches on my face...it runs in my fam...now since I changed my routine, use less products & live a more healthy lifestyle my skin is prettier than it has ever been!!!

I quit using products about two weeks now and just use castor and olive oil as a cleansing method, then I do a mask with honey, garlic and lemon juice and my skin has really improved. My pimples are gone, dried out...I decided to stop using all these products because I've used it all... Now I found things in my kitchen pantry and use them.... ACV is really good as well , i use it as a toner or wherever I have pimples... By the morning they are all gone... So no more face products for me ....

Being in college and constantly doing the late nighters I stopped washing my face at night so I could get into bed quicker. In the last month my face has had a big improvement in my acne. I started washing my face again and stopped after like 3 days because my face started breaking out again. Now the only thing I do yo my face is wipe it with a damp wash cloth every few days to remove the dead skin. Even if I do get a break out now it still clears faster than when I use product.
