Actually, I think those are valid questions to ask. Do you just have a young face? Of could the way you're shaped and the way you dress also be a factor?

I have the opposite issue; im 17 going on 18 but ppl think im like 24 or sumthin, thus I get hit on by men in their thirties -_-

Buuuuut here are some tips;
A slimmer face makes someone look older/more mature so if u wear makeup, contour your cheekbones

Thicker (but still defined) brows make someone look younger, so if u wanna look older, make them a bit thinner or try to create a more pronounced arch.

Use bronzer/ highlight to your advantage: use it to enhance to look of prominent cheekbones (this goes with the contouring trick to create shadows on the face)

Dont forget the nose; highlight the center and contour the edges for a slimmer look.

And overall, dress smart (by which I mean well fitting clothing and solid pieces of good quality)
