Hey guys! I'm strongly considering locing my hair using two strand twists. However, I have a really hard time getting my twists to hang straight and look right. If I decide to lock anyway, would the crookedness problem correct itself, or should I wait and find a solution first?

It can be fixed through palm rolling but that's not advised until after your locs have matured. I had a few crooked locs but I didn't mind it.

But what if the majority of locs at least seem crooked? should I hold off? Where should I go to get some help on twisting?

I'm super late :-P but i know with my twists, they come out crooked if the two pieces aren't even, like one side had more hair than the other. when twisting make sure you have an equal amount of hair on each side and they should twist all the way down and lay flat. I also have to keep in mind my texture. If i make one too small in an area where my texture is looser sometimes they curl up on themselves...hope that helps
