Has anybody started their locs with two strand twist or kinky twist?

How long did it take to lose the twist pattern and will you post pics?

Mine took about a year to see absolutely no twist pattern. I've been loc'd for seven years now.

That's good. I wanted to start like that but everyone said it would always have that twist pattern.

Did you palm roll? And was it natural twist or twist with added hair?

I started my locs with the two strand twist method 8 months ago and they are slowly forming Into the lock form. I've heard that over the years they will begin to form into a more uniformed look. I personally don't care if it has a twist pattern later down my journey their locs. Look up the bronze goddess on YouTube her hair was started out in two strand twist. I also palm roll my hair.
