Default Hair cut bumps
My boyfriend wants to loc his hair but his last haircut he got those awful bumps in the back of his head. He want to get rid of those before he loc his hair. Does anyone know how to get rid of those bumps?

My bf said he used to get them years ago...I think he said something about using black soap.
