Has anyone tried this? I have tried 3 times and my problems were
1) many of the knots unraveled before the am
2) some of my locs were not curly/wavy
3) even if I wanted to wear the knots as a protective style they just weren't neat to wear out..lol
Any advice? On yeah and I used water and motions mousse before wrapping the knots. Sincerely,

I would suggest loc knots if you're going for a super curly look. You can youtube chescalocs video on the 2strand and 1strand methods. I've had excellent curls from loc knots, and I only sed water. Hope that helps!

Hey! I do bantu knots and they turn out really cute...i only use moisturizing lotion and coconut oil to seal...i use rubber bands to hold them in place over night but i don't wrap them multiple times...i get the small black ones...my curls come out soft and bouncy and tight like i like em! Its always one knot that dosent act right though ...lol! Good luck!

I agree with ace_ diva.. I did the loc knots and my locs were sure duper curly.. I wore the knots for a week for 1 style then took then down and wore it curly this week.. its so friggin cute..
