My baby girl has 67 locs! As she grows, we may be combining some of the smaller ones that are up front.

500-550 sisterlocks. Mine don't combine because they are retwisted every 6 weeks. My babies just turned 3 yrs in August:-)

I. Want. Your. Locs!!

How did you decide you wanted sisterlocs as opposed to "regular" locs? I plan to make a decision on whether I'll loc or not on/about March 2012 (my 2 year natural anniversary) ... My baby girl's locs are 7 months now and we both love them more and more ... so, I'm leaning more towards locing my loose hair. I have a bit of time until I have to make that decision ...

Thx!! First let me say that I think all locs are beautiful no matter the method, size, or how many locs there are. But for myself personally I wanted locs that were neat and with many styling options. I'm a RN and not only personally but professionally as well I thought sisterlocks were thee best investment/choice for me. It only takes my loctician 1.5 hrs to retighten every 6 weeks! I have a mixture of small/medium sisterlocks. Hth! Good luck in your journey:-)

I have 50 as well. It doesn't sound like that many compared to some of you other ladies!
