I'm thinking of trying this. It seems like everyone who has posted experienced great results. I'm always looking for ways to help moisturize my hair.

I have that same clay. I have used it on my face and I love. Have been debating about using it on my hair but after all the positive things you ladies are saying I think I'm going to go for it.

UPDATE: I tried it and really liked it. My curls were popping and my hair felt really moisturized. I followed it up with a whipped shea butter moisturizer and am very happy with the results. I may have added too much water, though. Mine was like a thin mud, not really thick. Oh well, I can't wait to try it again!

Default Thinner mud is easier to rinse out and gives same results...

I would not worry about the water because although I made mine thick, I ended up diluting it with water from the shower before slapping it on my hair. It made distribution of the mud much easier for me. The rinse-out was easier too because I did not have to use as much conditioner. I plan to make mine thinner from now on because it gives me the same results!

I love my bentonite clay! I use it for a face mask with egg white, tea tree oil, and honey.

For my hair, I mix with acv, avj, and a few oils. Naturally I have absolutely no curl definition at all, but it really does elongate my kinks...

Soon I will be using it to do a detox. Nasty tasting, but oh well......can you say SACRIFICE?

I used bentonite clay on hubby, my son, and me and it helped to clear up my skin. I also used it on my hair and the curls are juicy and popping!
