I need a place to buy my oils and butters. On January 1st I ordered from mountainroseherbs.com and it took a week just to process the order and another week before I actually got the order. For the price of shipping i should have gotten it in a few days, not 15. That just won't do!

I like coastal scents shea butter. i forgot how long it took me to get it, I don't think it was as long as 15 days, though. =p I always just order from them; it's really nice stuff.

they also sell black soap, cocoa butter and a variety of other oils and such. Not sure how good the oils are, but the shea butter is awesome.

another chick in my area gets her stuff from butters-n-bars - they also sell cocoa butter, mango butter, and a bunch of other things.

I am a coastalscents.com fan too. I buy Shea and cocoa butter, black soap, oils, and scented oils from them. Where I live its only one county away and I get my order a soon as the next day once It's shipped. They offer quality products, the Shea butter is so fresh, and the customer service is exceptional. I once complained and got an email stating that my account had been credited a refund.

I will continue to purchase from them because I know I can remedy any quality issues if they arise.
