Default Yogurt, Honey, Virgin Olive Oil.

I heard that those three would make a good deep conditioner. I was wondering if that was true and if it i safe. I would like to know before i spend money buying these products. If not these, what at home remedies make a good deep conditioner?

Thanks for that. I've been looking around for a deep conditioner homemade for soon with no chance to go out and get yogurt. I have all those ingredients in my fridge(:

I've been meaning to try making a cooked custard with eggs, honey and olive oil to use on my hair. Just haven't got around to it. Next time I make a cake with just egg whites I'll use a bit of the leftover yolk to try a hair custard protein dc.

As often as your hair needs it. My hair loves protein, so I do a protein conditioner about once a week (I normally cowash twice a week). My favorite homemade mix (besides henna) is babyfood banana, coconut milk, honey, and avocado or apricot oil. Chile - the TROOF!

It's good instead of yogurt(eat that dyly) I use mayo 1 egg honey brown sugar 1oz of oil(olive, jojoba, castor, sweet almond, avacado) so basically I have a double protein hot oil treatment all in 1…I'm lazy & don't like to work that hard😊&🙆❤it
